After refreshing the page, points are indeed being credited (current point value), BUT! Points are still not being credited to the overall scoreboard (at the very top, where the total points accumulated over time ). Actually, that was the main issue.
I am credited the ACT and my "Total Earned" does increase as well. Ticket will remain PENDING for further review by Admin/Dev.
