I have a negative Swappable Quota but I already earned points to pay them off but they're not showing up.

If your ACT/Swappable ACT is negative, it means: Offerwall provider initially credited you ACT for completing some task but later they found some issue in eligibility criteria/fake activity in your completed task and then they send a negative postback to faucetworld which means to reduce the act. Note: Faucetworld is not responsible for it. It is decided by Offerwall provider(Third party)
I understand that, and why haven't I been credited with the points earned through another offerwall to reduce that negative score?
