You complete an offer through our third-party providers (AdscendMedia, cpx-research, bitLabs, etc.) 2. The provider initially credits your account 3. Later, the provider initiates a reversal (chargeback) - this can happen for various reasons including fraudulent activity detected by the provider We found 4 reversals on your account totaling $12.82 (240,460 points) from the following offers: - Jan 26, 2026: bitLabs RECONCILIATION ($8.00) - Mar 6, 2026: AdscendMedia - Toluna Surveys ($3.498) - Mar 31, 2026: cpx-research - type-reversal ($0.38) - Apr 10, 2026: AdscendMedia - PureSpectrum Match API Surveys ($0.945) When these reversals were applied but you had already spent or converted those ACT, your Swappable ACT went negative, which prevented further conversions. WHAT WE DID: We have fixed your account by: - Reducing your ACT balance by 232,260 (from 467,219 to 234,959 ACT) - Reducing your EXP by the same amount (from 512,545 to 280,285 EXP) - Resetting your Swappable ACT to 0 Your account is now clean and you can convert ACT to crypto again if you collect swappable ACT from offerwalls.
